Hello everyone,

We have now confirmed all orders have shipped out (including the sponsored orders and any orders that were waiting on sponsored designs).

With that, this project is now complete!

That makes for our fourth completed project. Whew! Making bags was certainly more complicated than making pins, but we enjoyed the experience and hope everyone is enjoying their bags as well. Seeing them in the wild at conventions has been really fun! 

If you're curious about what we're working on next, we have a new pin Kickstarter currently under development. Look forward to seeing what kind of fun and ferocious creatures we'll have available during that campaign...but for fun, here's a brief preview!

CRYPTIDS features critters from folklore and tall tales! Est. release during the first quarter of 2023.

Please note we are not including creatures with cultural or religious significance in this project out of respect for those cultures.

Quick shipping update

Hello! 

Here's a quick update for everyone:

• Our first shipment of Dholes, Australian Shepherds, and Sawyer the Pride Fox are in and have been quality checked. The employees will be working on shipping orders containing these items.
• A shipment of Thylacines is on the way and expected to arrive in about thirty days. When this shipment of Thylacines arrives, we should be able to fulfill all remaining orders except for the sponsors. This is expected to happen in late August/early September.
• A third shipment is still pending from the manufacturer for the rest of the products. When that order is shipped, and we receive it, we will be able to fulfill the three sponsor orders (as they contain a lot of face/tail packs) and close out the campaign.

And that's all. Whew! Hopefully, by the next update, we should have everything in and will be able to fulfill the last remaining orders that are waiting on Thylacines. Thank you for your patience!

Some designs on the way

Hello everyone,

Another month, another update! The manufacturer has informed us that they shipped a partial shipment of our remaining products yesterday. 

According to the manifest, the following items will be in the shipment:

• Enough Sawyer the Pride Fox bag faces to fulfill all orders
• Enough Australian Shepherd bag faces to fulfill all orders EXCEPT the main sponsor
• Enough Dhole bag faces to fulfill all orders EXCEPT the main sponsor

They did not have the Thylacine design ready (the heads are done but the tails aren't, for some reason), but stated the missing design and the rest of the remaining quantity of our products would ship in a week. As for whether or not that happens... we think that's a bit optimistic given the slowness of their services thus far, but we'll see.

We have been told that the above designs in transit will take 40 days to reach us as they are traveling by boat. To that end, it looks like this first batch of products will reach us somewhere around the end of July / beginning of August. If the remaining products do, in fact, ship in a week, then they will likely all arrive at approximately the same time.

As always, customers are welcome to request split shipments or pick-ups at conventions. The information about those services is below:

If you would like to arrange to have your order picked up at any of the following cons (Anthrocon or Megaplex), we'll be happy to do so.

Timeline update

Hello everyone,

We have contacted the manufacturer asking for an update regarding the four pending designs: Australian Shepherd, Dhloe, Thylacine, and Sawyer the Pride Fox. They have informed us the products are screen printed (which was the longest process and produced the greatest wait) and need to be sewn and quality checked. They informed us this process will take another fifteen days.

Timeline updates

It looks like our timeline is updating to:

Middle of June: Products shipped to us

Middle of July to End of July: Products received by us, depending on 30-45 day timeline for shipping

Middle of August: Products quality checked and shipped out to customers 

BLFC, AC, and Megaplex Pick-Ups

Halfway done

Greetings everyone!

Our shipment progress bar puts us at a little over half the orders have shipped:

According to Backerkit, we have 90 orders pending that can ship right now, which we intend to finish over the next week. At that point, we will be waiting for Sawyer and the three sponsors (Australian Shepherd, Dhole, and Thylacine) to arrive so we can finish up the campaign.

Remaining Timeline

Recent contact with the manufacturer indicated that the remaining bag designs will be finished and shipped in mid-May. With the expected 30-60 day period it takes for products to reach the US by boat, it looks like these products will arrive around June or July.

FWA Pick-Ups

If you would like to arrange to have your order picked up at FWA, we'll be happy to do so.
